McDonald's

My order arrived completely incorrect and in very poor condition. I ordered a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget meal, but instead received a plain chicken sandwich and the nuggets were missing. The fries were upside down in the bag and the bottom of the bag was soaked. This raised concerns for me about the handling of the food. Because of this, my daughter was unable to eat the meal I paid for and I had to cook something else for her. And because of the condition and missing items, the order could not be eaten.

A very friendly Mcdonald's location that also serves full bags for fries. While in store, I saw an employee take pictures for a family dining there. A lady calling for orders to be picked up was friendly with positive energy. An older guy, maybe the manager?, was also very friendly. Everyone working there were engaging and professional. If Mcdonald's locations near where I live were more like this one in terms of food and service, I would've been more inclined to go to Mcdonald's

I had a good experience when I went last week. I went early because my children wanted a happy meal for lunch. The lady working at the front helped me out even though it was breakfast time and there was a couple minutes to lunch. Also, another female greeted us and it turned out. She was the owner of the restaurant that was very kind.

I dislike complaining about delivery orders, but I need to for this order. I called the restaurant and told whoever answered, to please make sure we get a large order of fries and not medium. And what happens? They sent a Large container but fries looked like a medium sized portion. My question is is there a shortage on French fries? Plain ridiculous! Not happy at all! I mean really LOOK AT THIS PICTURE!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

There is an older gentleman that I noticed was moving around Giving great customer service, seeing which customers needed the bathroom taking food to cars making sure everybody was serviced properly every McDonald’s needs A guy like this when I left, I asked for his name his name was Gregory.
