We just ordered drive thru and I got a chicken weap grilled and my friend got a burger the chicken in the wrap is burnt and disgusting rubbery the lettuce is soggy, my friends burger was burnt and dried very disappointed

We experienced an error with our order. When we went back to adjust it, we were greeted with a friendly and apologetic manager (could have been the franchise owner) who apologized for the mix up and provided us with apple pies as an apology token. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly and warm. Such a nice change from other McDonalds in the city!

Just went through… got on highway… ordered a grilled chicken wrap got a crispy…. So now no chicken in my wrap. Ordered fruit splash and got some disgusting orange drink… And to top it off no receipt to go back !!! Not a happy local…..

Ordered a mc crispy deluxe and they forgot the entire chicken patty. I ordered take out as I am on lunch break from work so I couldnt back in and fix it but theres no way from the app to contact support either

Wow what the hell is going on here worst experience yet I wait 15 mins for my food and they tell me I have to wait longer for the rest of my food my burger didn’t have pickles I asked for extra these people don’t care kitchen looked nasty the soda I had wasn’t good and there were fruit flys 🪰 everywhere and they don’t care they clean something on the top shelf with all the dirty up there and then use the same rag to clean the deep fryers really nasty people if you don’t like your job leave what a waste of my time never again will I go here what is wrong with the world today all they want is to get payed and not work for it ! My pastry I bought was not even cooked after they made me wait for it 15 mins I could have gotten sick
