Oh my this McDonald's seems to really be turning around from what it was. Amazing team . Brenda is amazing 🤩 she was so kind ,helpful and gracious...had a problem with my order but she took care of me. The type of customer service she gave and Rose is stellar at this location. They made me smile 😊 today you have a hard time finding good old fashioned customer service where a person and their business really matters!!! Keep up those great smiles and service YOU ROCK.

f I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru with my kids, and when we got home and started eating, I noticed what appeared to be BLOOD on the chicken nuggets and on the fries bag. This is by far the most disgusting and unsafe experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. What made it even worse was how the situation was handled. I came in back to the store and made a complaint immediately, and the manager was absolutely no help—rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care at all. No apology, no concern, just attitude. Sign said open 24 hours, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Rolled up around 0450. Was told it would take 30 minutes to switch over to breakfast. Really? 24 hours means you're ready to serve. I never had this issue with the McDonald's in Clayton. If you can't accommodate your customers as advertised then maybe don't open for 24 hours. Based on the previous reviews, this place is disgusting and I'm glad I didn't get any breakfast there. You've failed me yet again McDonald's. You had one job and couldn't deliver!

I feel that McDonald's Frappe rivals Starbucks. However, your best ability is availability. I was let down when I saw that was not an option on the kiosk. I know that it's not unheard of for their machine to not be working but it's crazy to think that a company as big as McDonald's allows this to be the norm. I ordered juice instead and got my little thing so that they can being my food to me. Instead of bringing me my food, they just call out the number 😐. Whatever not a huge deal but when I sit down to eat and drink some of my juice, it's basically room temperature. Not a good look fam not a good look.

I would like to acknowledge the workers at this location. I'm a doordash driver. I'm here quite frequently. They all hustle and do the best I can to take care of their clients. This work ethic has been poorly seen in a lot of places that I go and visit. People are constantly taking their time to complete a task. Every time I enter this location everybody is running around doing the best they can to provide the best service. I just wanted to spread the love to them that I appreciate them and congratulate them on their hard work. I've been a branch manager myself in the past and I know what it takes and they are doing amazing job. There's a young man, especially that I see often running in and out of the store. I've also seen him work at other places. He seems to be a very hard and determine
