McDonald's

They really need to train the employees better. Mike, the guy that works mornings, is a darn good worker! The other employees could learn from him, even the manager could learn from him! He's a hustler. They just dont care especially about the doordashers. One employee said they were losing money due to doordash! How stupid of a comment is that???

This morning at 7:45. I received a warm welcome outside the door. He was the cashier. Friendly guy. Took my 60 some odd dollar order went back to MAKE sure my order was right. Even helping make it himself. He was on the ball. While I was waiting I noticed a younger girl with dark hair walking in with everyone there telling here a welcoming "good morning". I manage two stores of my own. I gotta say from what I saw you have one heck of a team there. Breakfast for my birthday girl (got her one of everything pretty much) was perfect. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience

the morning are usually fast but anything after noon idk who the managers are but fast food shouldn’t take an hour to receive all the time especially if you make a pickup order

Waited over 40 minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 1 chicken sandwich. When i asked to speak to the manager they said they didn't know who that was. The person who finally did come to talk to me couldn't have been a manager and couldn’t have cared less about. I've got to get my kids to like better food cause if it weren't for them I'd never eat at McDonald's again.

I just stopped to get my family some food after doing renovations on a house. Was told to pull over bc they had to brew more sweet tea after over 20 mins the food finally came out...no drinks. After another 5 mins I go inside bc they hadnt brought anything out. Just to find out they are out of tea. Ordered 5 meals with 3 sweet tea. Told them to give me a refund on the drinks and next time don't make ppl wait almost half an hour for their order if they know they are out of something. As I am getting to the door the manager on duty then proceeds to me, "Next time stay at home and cook my food!" That is poor customer service from an establishment including from a supervisor who is suppose to be showing his employees how to act.
