I don’t understand what is going on with this place. The coke tastes like pure syrup. The fries are somehow too hot but undercooked. And now this.. this isn’t even cooked.

Super friendly counter staff. In particular there was a gentleman working the register the day I was there (10/23/25 Aprox 12:15pm) who was very polite and seemed happy and friendly to all the guests. I wish I caught his name because he deserves some recognition.

Second day in a row my food was dropped at the counter instead of being delivered to the table as promised. Not a big problem if I had known it was not being delivered..... Don't offer a service then change the rules! The table number was on the receipt but ignored by the staff. Training issue?

It was good but not great. Used kiosk to place order. Still got our order in bags, no big deal we still ate there. Clean bathroom.

I was pretty amazed at the service at this location. Our order was correct and the food was fresh. Great crew. The place needed some cleaning up and there was already a young man busting his bootie getting it done.
