McDonald's

Im giving 1 star but really want to give 0 stars. I was traveling at 830pm on Sunday May 25th from camping. We stopped for gas and food. We had to pull over wait for our food. When I went to eat my quarter under it was drenched in ketchup and meat was dry. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I opened the double cheeseburger and it was the same way. My husband had no chicken on his spicy chicken sandwich and my 9 yr old granddaughter didnt like her burger it was dry. Im sure the food was sitting around and the employees thought putting a lot of ketchup on them they thought it would cover it up. I called and asked for the Manager, the kid on the phone said yes. I asked again and he said can I help you. I asked are you the manager and he mocked me. Very unprofessional. I let him know about

Not very friendly perhaps employee was having a bad day but the food was good.

Server was high or on something acting stupid. Wraps were cold and tasted strange. Dining room was dirty. This location has sure gone downhill in the last year.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Jennifer is very rude. I ordered food and was just minding my own business and then I had Fredericktown police showing up because I was there just relaxing and minding my own business for a bit. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Not very nice at this McDonald's plus the food made me sick

Wait in line then wait for fast food 10 min to be brought to space 4. Order was missing items and food and fries were cold. Went in to get the rest of order. Wait at an empty counter for help then when I asked for the rest of my order, well lets just say not much help. Wont go back at night for a quick meal. Also abserved place needs a good cleaning especially the floor.
