McDonald's

I ordered number 1 meal with French fries and coke in the drive through ( didn't know it comes with a huge coke and thought it was too big for me) and really enjoyed the food. I had a long day after I traveled to Arlington and stopped by here on my way home and the big hamburger 🍔 made me so happy at the end of my day! I finished all of my French fried and the big hamburger 😀 and could forget a rough day! Didn't had a chance to take a photo because I was sooooooo hungry! Hoped I could take a photo!

The food is fine but beware store policies and the extremely rude “security guard” that McDonald’s has hired to police the soda fountain. The person gave no explanation as to why I was unable to get a refill while other customers actively refilled their drinks, repeatedly got way too close for my own personal comfort and well within proper social distances for no reason at all, attempted to force me out of the store, and only escalated a meaningless situation into something that nearly became a physical altercation in my self defense over a simple soda refill. The cashier even confirmed I could refill my soda until the guard told him I could not at which point the cashier changed their mind. 📌I should have followed my first mind when I was urged to go to a McDonalds location in my own town (which is 1 hour away). Did I listen to my gut feeling… NOOOO! Silly me, I listened to my body…I was hungry and did not eat all morning. This particular location had staff and managers used racially and bigoted hostilities toward me, and refused to answer my questions. Instead, I was met with aggression. I ordered food using my app to get a free item. I have a ton of points in my app and decided to save my money for this particular visit. In the order placed, I asked for a cup of ice water. I usually get it with all my orders I’ve placed. In fact, other locations operate the same way with no problems. Unfortunately, I did not get a cup of water. Just found Brown hair in my fish sandwich meal. Don't waste your money here. These people are not clean. When I called the store, no one answers. I need to be reimbursed.

I ordered the big breakfast with steak, eggs and hot cakes (pancakes) with hash brown and I said I didn’t want a biscuit. A small cup of tea. I got no sugar for the tea or milk and no salt and pepper. No napkins, I should’ve to asks for these, they should be an automatic. I said I’m eating in but I got a bag to go The tables were dirty. I had to wipe my own table. The worst meal I ever had for $9.73. I literally wasted my money. Area was just nasty and dirty will not be back. A big mistake on my part.
