Saw the sign showing “new” bacon buffalo ranch mccrisp chicken sandwich this is what I got the two stars is for my coke and fries

I wish I lived near this number one Macdonalds. They are number one cooks of the year in all the Macdonalds stores around the world. I hope they all get a good raise paid vacation ham and turkey plus a gold trophy. More people need to come to fort Payne Macdonalds and eat there great food. There workers are very nice people.

Thanks for denying me and my favorite 99cent large iced coffee before 11am that I paid for and purchase almost everyday but arrived 1 minute late past 11 am and said my purchase was not valid anymore and I would have to pay full price. That is ridiculous I would be denied over two dollars. Thanks for ruining my customer experience.

I think they need better customer service and better manners in the Drive-Thru they need to retrain their employees at the drive-thru to just be respectful to the customers

I’ve been a constant customer over the past decade. Here recently, my orders have all been messed up. When you call to tell them and request it be corrected they don’t answer. I’ve been pulled up to wait on my order only to be forgotten all together for over 20 minutes then my order was still wrong and cold. I won’t be going there for a while. I guess Jacks is about to get all my business.
