McDonald's

Every single time I go here there is some kid wandering around the kitchen saying racist, sexist, homophobic comments. Pretty sure his name is Alex. Should really let him go. It makes you guys look so trashy. As far as the food it’s hit or miss…fries rarely crisp and hot but when they are they’re damn good! Burgers are usually warm not hot…and sometimes cold even I’m not even sure how that is possible to get a burger that’s cold right away first bite. But again when they’re hot they’re really good. Chicken nuggets are often like…warm but dried out is how I can describe them, but AGAIN when they’re hot they are soooo good.

For McDonald's and fast food they do pretty good. Our orders are very likely to be correct and complete. The only thing I can think of for constructive advice would be we went here one morning during open hours and waited for quite a bit at the DT. And then found out they were short staffed and not open. It would have been nice to know what was happening.

I just got back from the drive-thru from the McDonald's on highway 23 in Foley Minnesota I spent $28 and some change. It took forever to get my order and when I got it it was cold the snotty little kid that was working the drive-thru was rude and lazy all he did while I waited with sip on his pop and when I got my food home not only was it cold one of the Big Macs that I ordered fell out of the container! The fries were cold the service was terrible and I will never return to that McDonald's ever again

Usually we are dissatisfied with either our meal or the customer service. However tonight was very different and nice. The drive-thru gal Ava, and the night manager Sherana (apologies if the spelling is wrong) were EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. This is what we need to see more of in this country. It's nice to see people enjoying their jobs and not miserable taking it on the customers. Keep up the great work!!!

My quick review of Foley McDonald's today first off I only paid. $1.25 for my $28 meal because the cashier rang up my meal wrong which was good for me bad for them anyway they did get back at me tho by messing up my chicken sandwich by only giving me two buns 2 pickles and a piece of chicken other then that the experience was okay
