To all beef patties, special sauce. What is missing on these two Big Macs. Unbelievable

Not a great mcdonalds experience the sense of family is gone no drink machines, napkins, or straws available with out attempting to get an employee's attention. Id your going to get rid of drink machines and napkins please train your employee's to get the order correct.

Go through the drive thru and order and see a sign on menu saying a basket of fries are 2 dollars, so what the heck I order a basket as well. I look at the total and the basket is almost 5 dollars. I get up to windows to pay and ask the guy why the fries are so much when it says on the top left of menu 2 dollars? The guy asks the manager are the baskets still 2 dollars? I hear the manager say no if they look at the menu on the right they are 4 dollars and change. I told the guy I don't want them and maybe they need to look at their own menu and their own prices and not assume that people can't read a menu.

Never ever do you get fresh food . Who toast the bun for a fish fillet they do bread is always dry and stale taste. Worst McDonald's and fish filet is my favorite I've tried everything there not good ....

I ordered 2 Big Mac's 2 fish 1 LGFry. Fries not ready so i park wait the man brings my order repeated my order to me i leave get home NO FRIES !!!! NEVER GOING BACK spent $25.00 and didn't get it right 😕
