McDonald's Ely

Updated & modern McDonald’s fast food restaurant. There’s an area for kids to play inside. Food must be ordered at the kiosk machines. Service seemed a bit slow albeit I’m the only customer waiting for the food order inside the building. It seemed the drive through orders were processed faster. Other than that it’s a nice & pleasant place to enjoy a quick meal.

Workers forgot our order, multiple people that ordered after us got their food first. When we asked when our order would be ready they started making it. I will never come here again. They need to learn how to do their job properly. Waiting 30+ minutes for an order is ridiculous!

Waited over 30 minutes to get our food, and to find out at home that we were missing one of our items! We even checked to make sure we have everything! There's no way they should take that long just to forget one of the items! Even one of the sauces was open! Needs some work to make sure they don't forget any items.

I bought two coffees — a latte and a cappuccino. Both were terrible. They were so strong it felt like drinking a full cup of espresso. Completely undrinkable, had to throw them away. Prices are the same as Starbucks, but the quality is awful. Very disappointing. 🤬🤬🤬

We went through the drive-thru. We ordered two sausage Mc muffins and an English muffins with butter and jam. When we got to the window, we got our order and proceeded to check it. As I was checking it they asked if we could move up so the timer could reset. At the same time we asked for the butter, jam, and a knife which was not in the order. When we got to the gas station to eat there was not English muffins, but three sausage Mc muffins which we were charged for. The woman at the window was rude, rushing us, and our order was wrong. Bad service and the food wasn’t fresh.
