Received about half of my fries. Gave me a medium container that was half full. Checked the bottom of the bag assuming they spilled and NOPE! That's just all they gave me. Ordered Buffalo Sauce and Honey Packet for sauce and received BBQ and Honey Mustard. Staff was too busy talking to their friends to pay attention to what they were doing.

Was given the wrong food . Called back and talked with the manager it was a woman hopefully I can edit and add her name today. She was rude hateful and said I will give you a 4 piece mc nugget when my order was for over 15 bucks for me and my wife . Horrible people skills and we don't give a crap attitude from the manage. 2nd shift early Feb 2026

If your going to check all the items as if they are there in a doordash order, MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE ACTUALLY THERE. Paid the doordash mark up and tip to only get watered down drinks. TERRIBLE AND NO EXCUSE.

I waited 45 mins in the drive through. Ten of those minutes were at the window waiting to pay. I get to the other window, and they don’t know where my order is. They have three for the cars behind me, but not mine. I pull up and wait, again. I finally get my food. The fries were in the bag upside down and the order was incorrect. I understand being busy. But this was just unreal. The drive though is for convenience, I should not have to wait that long and pay for incorrect food. Please staff your stores better.
