This McDonald’s food quality has gone downhill drastically. It use to be once in a while you’d get a bad meal but now it’s every single time. It’s unfortunate considering it’s probably the cheapest place to get food in EHC. Every time I go they make me pull over in the drive through I’d wait 5-10 minutes which is fine but all that and I get the food and it’s ice cold what were we waiting on? On top of that every time I get coffees from this location they taste like they brewed the same beans 20 times I’d try to make it better with their caramel and cream but then this one employee in particular doesn’t follow the instructions for the coffee and puts whatever they feel like and it still tastes bad. I haven’t had any issues with any other employee except this one she is bad at everything she

The service is a bit bad, since it's the closest place we go every day and they always forget to put ketchup or buffalo sauce, put napkins and they make mistakes, we ordered medium coffees and they gave us small ones, they forgot to give us a soft drink and it's almost always like that, they should improve the service

Barely can see it but these nuggets taste old and where hard as If they where sitting there for hours always have a issue there. The girl with the green pink or whatever color hair isn’t customer service material. Fries are never fresh it’s like no one wants to do anything right!

One star is being generous. The way I left feeling yesterday was not ok. I feel disrespected, ignored, and disregarded. I have never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant before. We left hungry and unheard. No stars
