I ordered the Big Arch. Big mistake. Where was the cheese? I separated the layers and there were only half slices of cheese on each layer. And where were the crispy onions it was supposed to have? Did they forget? It was a big burger for sure but if they can't make it correctly I'm not buying it again. Disappointed once again by this location.

Ordered from Uber Eats, food is intentionally smashed (there’s four cookies in that box) and ungodly amounts of sauce on all the burgers. Fries containers half full and stale. Worst experience at any McDonald’s thus far.

Pretty good McDonald’s. Food isn’t the best out of all the McDonald’s I’ve had but it was still good. Service was great, restrooms were clean.

My husband and I just left this McDonald’s location (120 E Plum St, Edinboro, PA) on 9/21/2025 at 7:07 am, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The young employee at the counter essentially ignored us—we placed our order at the self-serve kiosk, greeted her with “good morning,” and again thanked her as we left, but she didn’t acknowledge us once. On top of the poor service, the condition of the ladies’ restroom was absolutely unacceptable. There was no toilet paper in either stall, the floors were filthy, and pieces of toilet paper were scattered everywhere. Both toilets were dirty, and one even had a used tampon floating in it. Mobile app locked up and wouldn't let me check into curbside for pickup. Went through the drive through, confused the employees, and then the order was made incorrectly and received a half full order of fries.
