McDonald's

Went here today only to see a tall male (1pm 3/4/26)with face mask smoking his brains out in front of the customer entrance only to walk straight back in to the restaurant and start cooking fries. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say I left immediately

Rude & incompetent staff. Ordered the Oreo shamrock McFlurry, was given a cup of vanilla ice cream with Oreo on top. When I mentioned it to the girl at the window she either played dumb or didn’t speak English and got the staff member that took my order. He asked to confirm what I ordered, I repeated the order, received ANOTHER cup of ice cream with Oreo on top. By this time we had already left and wanted to just get home. I called to speak to the manager and no answer! Unreal!

I was just going through the drive-thru, no big deal- except the staff was extremely rude and curt for no reason. When being given back my card at the pay window it was shoved in my hand, no have a nice day anything. I get to the next window and am told “ go to number one” that’s it. When waiting at number one- once again a staff member shoved the item into my hands without a word! and walked away. I understand my baby was a little upset in the back so that might have frustrated the drive thru staff as it was hard to hear our order at first but it’s no reason to be rude. Horrible customer service- the smoothie was good though! Sincere thank you to whoever made it!

Service was great restaurant is very clean and tidy the food on the other hand terrible quarter pounders where's the beef fries greasy unfortunately they didn't have apple pies so we got strawberry pies nasty cream filling It's been a long time since I had McDonald's what happened to the food stop making pretty restaurants and start making food that tastes like food

This is just a MacDonald's, but it is a good one. Employees are generally responsive. The inside was clean and the drive through service was fast. They get the orders right 'most' of the time. Little known fact is they sell ice at the drive through.
