McDonald's

Well... Had to wait and be parked. As usual for anything... Also.. waiting on fresh fries that are not even half full. 😂 Someone get ahold of me! 31$ for what?

Placed an order at the kiosk, sat there for 15 mins, finally went to counter and Mgr acted like I was being dumb. She says can I help u? Oh yes, I placed an order at the kiosk and I don't see it in the cue. Did u pay for it? No. I want to pay cash. It doesn't notify us u need to pay and it doesn't process until u pay. OH. So....I could have sat there 20 mins? She finished my order, went to the back and downloaded to her employees. Finally someone else brought my food up. Tell that lady I could hear everything she said. She just looked at me. Not going back.

Normally I have great service at East Jordan McDonalds but last few times I’ve gone now I can’t even get my soda filled to the top and half the time that’s all I get just a drink. I’m not someone to complain but the last time I asked to get it filled all the way and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I’m not sure if you have new staff but they seem to not care about their job.

We made 4 mobile orders for efficiency and they handles our requests with humor and grace.

This McDonald’s has workers who shouldn’t be in customer service!! She was yelling I’m confused, I hate people while I’m waiting to pay at the window. Than I had to wait way longer for food than I should have. Probably due to hear having a meltdown. Probably shouldn’t have the young girl at the window.
