McDonald's East Dublin

Have stopped in twice and both times were great! Friendly staff, hot fresh food, no wait time except for food. Probably the best location in Laurens county

Absolutely the slowest McDonalds and possibly restaurant in general I have ever been to. I have waited here multiple times sometimes over 45min to get food. They need to learn to work a system and work orders as they come and separate drive through from inside because if you go inside just sit back grab a beer kick back and enjoy your time there. The food is fine but the service is slow and sometimes they just look at you and walk past if your standing at the counter to put in an order.

They might as well lock the doors and do drive thru only. Pick up in person doesn't work if nobody looks in the lobby. Waited 20 minutes inside to try the new hot honey chicken with cheese. I got no hot honey, I got no cheese. I almost got to be late for work though.

Have been to this location multiple times every time I’ve visited I’ve had to get a refund, wait an hour or longer, or go back to get ALOT of missing food. Once the manager told me she gave me my food (40 chicken nuggets) that I clearly didn’t even receive. I live 2 minutes from this location and would rather drive 10 minutes to a different location. We’ve waited at the front counter for over 20 minutes just waiting for an employee to acknowledge us! Just horrible wouldn’t even give this place a half star.

I am currently here now and have been waiting for 40 minutes for my food. No customer service no one even makes eye contact with you. We never come here again.!!
