Drive thru 3/5/2026 Not only disappointed that I got the wrong breakfast sandwich but corrected them twice and still wrong. Then I talked to the morning manager and she made things worse. Instead of explaining my horrible experience with her, please let me know how to contact someone at McDonald's corporate office . My experience was unacceptable after speaking to the manager

Asked for 8 Equal packets. I received 6 Equal packets and 2 sugar packets instead. This is why I don’t get my Equal included in the coffee itself because I’m afraid they will make a mistake and put sugar in the cup by mistake. The guy at the drive thru window early in the morning seems to have an attitude whenever I come to the window like I’m bothering him or something when I ask for the missing stirrer, because I was given a spoon, which is not what I ordered. They need to replace him at the window because he is extremely unprofessional. Other than that, I LOVE the morning staff.

They consistently make customers “pull up to the door” and wait forever so they can artificially improve their drive through speed numbers.

If I could put a 0 star I would, every time to go there in the morning they mess up my order and give me the wrong meal, the past 3 times I went they messed up but I let it go, not today, learn how to do your jobs, you work at McDonald’s. If you can’t work fast food right then you can’t do anything else in life right so maybe it’s a good thing that you guys stay there.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a medium iced vanilla latte and she gave me a small and I questioned the lady at the drive-through about it and I said this is a medium is a small. She said no that’s a medium fried iced latte. Well it’s not because according to McDonald’s website and medium iced vanilla latte is 16 ounces not 12 so I paid for a medium and got a small and they dismissed my comment like they didn’t give a crap. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I mean, I will go through the drive-through line and ask for you know a Coke and a small fry and they make me sit in one of the Parking spots for 15 minutes
