The staff here were so kind and generous to us. After we expressed a bad experience we recently had at a previous McDonald’s, they gave us some extra cookies for the road. If you’re passing through and need a quick bite, I would recommend this location. 🍪🤍🍪 Management, please give your team lots of praise and love for their exceptional service to us.

McDonald's was just about to be closing up for the night. I had arrived just at that time. They made me feel welcomed, you never want to be that person that shows up 10 mins around closing time. This was not the case. Thank you to the staff at the Dumas McDonald's..

Stopped in while traveling through the state. I'd suggest you go somewhere else, the food was nasty. Overcooked and cold. They forgot my kidmeal on a $60 order. Went to tell them and they acted like I was lying. Turned around a found my food on the counter. Horrible service and food.

Order was messed up thru drive-in and the supervisor yelled at the window pickup girl about us not paying. We were trying to pay at 1st window. Took 12 min to get a fish combo that was cold and tasteless. And, condiments thrown at us.

We were on the road headed back home, wanted to stop for a quick bite and some sweet tea! We did drive through. The service was good, they got our order correct, food was hot and they actually provided napkins!
