McDonald's

Register malfunction I waited 10 minutes as I watched the manager walk by multiples times ignoring the register employee who was asking for assistance. The employee at the counter was very courteous. Eventually I just left. Waste of my time.

It's ok. Just don't ask for light ice they won't give it to you. They made the wrong size and then decided to just add a bunch of extra ice on top of it so I got the same amount of coffee but with a ton of ice so not only was that shady for them to do that they messed my order up twice and try to give me someone else's stuff

We ordered from the app for table side service. The food was prompt, fresh and hot. Excellent customer service. The employees were staying busy by cleaning and not playing on their phones like other locations we've been too. Great job!!

I love McDonald's coffee, milkshakes, but not a big fan of their food. I used to love their French fries but I think they've changed something in the oil. I noticed that things have been changing in a lot of things we buy today, they're making products with cheaper materials and even smaller containers, but charging more for it.

Customer service was on point. I would like to see a higher Dept. of Public Health Score, but there aren't many options on I-16. Still confused how McDonalds doesn't have a grilled chicken option.
