McDonald's

This is hands down the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to and im in my 50's. My order was simple. Had to go to the counter 4 times, yes 4 times for missing items. I finally gave up, refused to go back up to the counter after seeing mine and my granddaughters burgers made wrong. I orders bacon pc, they made double pc, granddaughter had cheeseburger happy meal with extra pickles, chocolate milk. They gave her hamburger, no cheese and one pickle the size of a dime. Thats not all. I had a drink with my meal. Had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes for my drink after telling one employee I needed my drink, she walked off and never came back. Another male employee, finally got him to look up from his phone and ask for my drink, for which he walked over toward the drive thru and cam

Placed a mobile order. Went in to get it since there were at least 10 cars in the drive thru and one person inside. Took 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Literally waited 17 minutes inside. I waited so long I told the young girl nevermind on the lemon for the tea. Of course I get home and my food is completely wrong. I mean how hard is it to read. Bag sticker says daily double no slivered onions, no diced onions, add ketchup. Is that what I got..nope. And the nickel sized tomatoe was really cute. Then you call up there 9 times and get no answer. And the mobile app is even worse. Contact us is a joke. Won't go through since I didn't get a receipt so no store number and can't locate it. So I'm hungry and out of my money.

This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Whoever the girl was on the drive thru intercom was so rude and nasty and took a long time to even say anything so that I could order. Her tone of voice was so rude and when I asked her why she was being so rude she replied I can talk, however I want to on the speaker. She was so dismissive and kept rushing me with my order. Then when I got to the first window to pay, she left me there for 10 minutes with a whole line of cars behind me. The manager never came to the window to see what was going on. When I asked for the manager, he act like he did not care and when I asked him for his name, he said he does not give out his name. Even after I told him how long I was waiting and how rude the girl was he showed no empath

Came here yesterday to try their new limited time burger ‘Big Arch’ and I ended up with the worst stomachache I’ve had in years. Everything appeared fine with the burger and it was good, but my experience after eating it wasn’t great so take that how you will. Could’ve just been a one time thing, but I rarely eat McDonald’s and for safety reasons you should be cautious especially if you have children or a sensitive stomach.

Ordered through the drive through at 10:16 pm and was asked to pull up and they would bring out my food. Fast forward to 10:45, it is apparent that my order was either forgotten or given to someone else. After banging on the door for 5 mins and being ignored, the food comes out - 3 of 3 burgers were all either hard & dry or thrown together with the beef patties falling apart. Don’t bother putting the customer care link under this review. I’ve already submitted it and they didn’t do anything but say sorry and “we’ll send this to the location”.
