The huge heavyset white Female manager She knows exactly who she is too gave horrible customer service I waited in the drive-through for 35 minutes very patiently they gave me ice cream instead of the pie I ordered but they gave me plain ice cream saying they were gonna give me a sundae but I let it pass I got the fry and chicken nugget meal they did not give me any sauce which I need to eat that like without it the food is basically useless I went inside waited for another 10 minutes for no one to address me even though they looked at me multiple times so I finally said something they actually like they didn’t hear me wait another five minutes they didn’t act like they didn’t wanna give me a refund when all I was gonna ask them for my sauce but then I wanted a refund after it escalated th

Just tried going inside, no human was at the registers and a bunch of people were coming in to order so we went through the drive through. Our daughter had a mobile order and I ordered at the drive through cause the app messed up for me. When we received the ordered we asked to be sure there was BBQ sauce in our daughters bag, but there was not any sauce in her bag. The hateful, unprofessional, rude person at the window said "the person that put the stuff in the bag said they put it in the bag and if we wanted extra we had to pay for it..." She was very hateful and rude. We immediately tried to hand her the damn bag and she was so disrespectful. Then she almost threw a few packs very rudely into my husband's hand like we were lying. They were also nasty and had sauce on them, very disgusti

If you come here you better have a lot of time and patience on your schedule. All day every day. Drive thru is wrapped around and never moves when I come there. Also HIGHEST PRICED MCDONALDS IVE EVER SEEN THEY CHARGED ME A 1$ for ADD MAYO
