McDonald's

We came around 8:40 PM and it was not busy at all. Unfortunately, the employees absolutely have no customer service skills whatsoever. My husband forgot to order the sweet-and-sour sauce, so my child waited at the register and no one came to serve him. Then I went and waited and finally had to say “excuse me” to get their attention. I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and she looked at the bin and it was empty. She then went to go get more and then would not give me any with my 16 chicken nuggets we had ordered. I asked a second time, thinking she forgot. I was ignored again. I then decided I was going to call McDonald’s while standing there. The phone was absolutely ignored, and they even said we’re not answering (they did not knowing who was even calling.). I could hear it ringing. It tried

Ieave a 3 star atmosphere because sometimes the tables are dirty. But the big order tablet things are really convenient for my dad. Bathrooms are just okay bathrooms which is good compared to other places. And the chicken sandwiches are good. Cheese on burgers are good. Me and my sister and my two cousins love the salty fries. Fries are the best. Just make the tables cleaner. And One time they gave us a wet greasy tray but we all make mistakes so service is good. McGriddles are just so good. The syrup bread, the bacon is good, and the two hash browns on the sides make it perfectly great. Keep up the good work. And I like your guys nugggets really good

This place is terrible, fries were so cold idk if they were even cooked. Same with my 12 dollar big Mac. Oh and did I mention my sprite had stuff floating in it? Will not be stopping back and this nasty establishment

Did app order last night before work. Just 2 hamburgers and fry to do simple and quick. When I get there, there is one car in front of me. So, since I am heading to work I am watching the time and I left earlier then usual so I had extra time. Takes him a good 5 minutes to get his order so I am up. Thinking burgers and fries quick and easy. Nope. Total time in drive through with just one car ahead of me was 15 minutes. Super simple order, app ordered to save time. Thought this was a fast food restaurant. Beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

20250518 Food is hot... freshly cooked. The crispy chicken stripes were good. Women's restroom is pretty clean.
