I admit I may have ordered a regular cheese burger on the app thinking I ordered just ketchup. That was my mistake. I looked at the back of the burger first and there was onions on the back of the burger. I then flipped it over to see mustard on it and ketchup. My boyfriend parked the car and I got out and walked into the store with burger in hand. I had a mask on because I just got over covid and wasn't contagious anymore but better safe for everyone else than sorry. When I walked up I told them I ordered one with just ketchup. The lady *the manager* informed me that I did not order it like that. I apologize and said I must have messed it up on the app. I asked if I could please get one with just ketchup. She gladly took it in the back to what I assumed would be a new one. So I'm waiting

I was apart of a big show choir group coming and the lady who was handing out all of our food was so rude! She was shouting and made US feel bad for wanting to eat there, mind you we are all just some starving teenagers who just got back from an exhausting competition. Service was overall terrible, the food was actually pretty good though.

This was first stop at a McDonald’s in almost a decade but we needed to make a pit stop. The building and inside was very clean. We were surprised the entire staff works on orders and you have to use a touch screen just to order. (There was one cashier to take anyone who could not use screen and that line was long). Order time took probably average to get it and go. Overall, we didn’t speak to a single employee but got our food. 👍🏼

Sat in a long line at the drive-through to receive and be charged with the wrong order, staff is also very unprofessional. Every time I come here it’s always something. They also overcharge because it’s at a truckstop. Definitely do not recommend.

They call it spicy mccrispy because it has the sause this shit cost 5 bucks and only chicken and sauce
