The service and food was really great for as busy as thay where thay had 🚗 in the drive threw all the way out to the street and the parking lot was jam packed was going to go inside but as busy as it was it would have been the same amount of time ether way so if thay get yelled at for not doing the quick nees thay need for drive threw then that is just ridiculous

This place has gone down hill drastically. Every time I order large fries here they come about 1/3 to half full and are not salty at all. Not to mention I ordered large iced coffees and got mediums. BIGGEST JOKE OF A PLACE

overheard a lady having to wait almost an hour for her order and all the manager did was upgrade and make new fries. She didnt even remake the food which had been sitting out since they hadnt given her order on time. I feel they should've given remade it but that would've just wasted the poor ladies time. My friend and I have been waiting 30 minutes and the lobby is filled with people.

Food was hot and fresh, service was quick and friendly.. originally posted in May 2022. I visited again November 2022 to find the prices had increased (2 McRib meal in medium size was $10.50ish) but, the food has decreased.The McRib was smaller than previously had been and the medium soft drink was now a smaller sized hard plastic cup. I prefer the plastic cup but, was disappointed by the amount of pop now given. Feb 2023-Originally, had given a higher rating but, after sitting at the very 1st window for over 15 minutes while people looked but, never checked on me. I had ordered and paid for 2 Large Carmel Frappes on the app! I ended up having to drive around and return through Drive Thru where again, nothing is said as I explained what happened.. It shouldn't take 30 minutes for 2 Large F

I ordered 2 mcchicken 2 holiday pies caramel frappe. The McChicken one had no lettuce messy the other one had old black lettuce and messy mayo we each took a bite it was a spicy one. So this experience was aweful
