McDonald's

Ordered the new big arch burger " GARBAGE ". First I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles, asked for tomatoes and they gave me no joke, never seen this before two sliced tomatoes the size of a quarter, but on my receipt it stated 3 slices of tomatoes. Gave me a small spot of sauce on the edge of the bun. Ok I took two bites of the burger, meat tasted old and burnt, burger stated falling apart because it was poorly put together, a 5 year old could have done a better job. Long story short gave it to my dog. A waste of money and time especially when I had to part and wait for that " GARBAGE " Good ridence McDonald's never coming back.

My experience with mcdonald's is getting worse and worse every time I go there. The wait time is crazy. Long, just to get cold food. This mcdonald's sucks. Today I ordered a large and what i got was a large fry container that was half full. Yall have to do better.

I have to give this morning crew on (10/17) their props... Everyone was nice polite and had a smile!!!! I'm not sure what happened, but my chicken biscuit was perfect (chicken juicy and biscuit soft)

I was not going to write a review, because I called and spoke with the previous manager to get my issue resolved. I ordered two happy meals and a caramel frappe. One of my happy meals I asked for no apples extra fries when I got home and opened the happy meal there was two carts of fries but only one carton had fries in it. I called the manager let her know what happened. She took my information down and said that she’ll reimburse me for a small fry. So I thought I had nothing to worry about. But that was not the case. I went Back to McDonald’s to order another happy meal for my daughter and claim my small fry. I let the person know at the speaker, That I was owed A small fry. The cashier gave me the happy meal, but I didn’t receive my small fry. I didn’t leave the drive-through window,

Everyone I do a large pick order it is always correct and the people bring the food out are always so nice and do small talk. Always ask how your day is going. Offer sauces and ketchup which is nice. So the customer service is excellent when I pick up
