This place is a freaking joke i just ordered the grinch meal a large with 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and a holiday pie as shown in my receipt from the app. it's 3pm right now and the pie shows it was supposed to be eaten by 8 this morning I didn't see the sticker before I opened it and took a bite out of it and realized something was wrong with it the inside was chewy there was no fillingin it it was all dried up and disgusting it was harder than a rock on the outisde n just crumbled when i bit into it also they forgot my chicken mcnuggets and they grinch meal was supposed to be a large and they gave me a medium this is so ridiculous they don't even have a phone number to call to make it right or get a refund. I would suggest to never come to this mcdonalds there is always something wrong

I’ve noticed some improvements lately at this McDonald’s. While the staff could still work on customer service skills—especially making customers feel more welcomed instead of like a burden—my experience yesterday was a step in the right direction. My order was made exactly as requested, and even though I had to park and wait, I still received it within about 10 minutes of placing the order. That kind of accuracy and speed shows progress. Improvements are definitely being made, and I hope this positive trend continues so Clifton can have an even better McDonald’s experience moving forward.

First let me say I would have given 0 stars if I could. I went to the Clifton location yesterday evening to pick up an order my husband placed on the app at 6:02 pm. When I arrived I gave the person working the drive thru my code. She told me to pull forward. When I reached the window where you pay I was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I replied "Yes". She then asked me again if I wanted a receipt and once again I replied yes only to be told she didn't have one. I proceeded to the2nd window , received my drinks and was told to pull into a parking spot to wait. This was at 6:12. At 6:32 I went inside, along with another man, to check on the status. The guy at the counter was NO help. When the other worker brought me the order it was cold. I asked the individual if I could get the food

Very disappointed, Each time I go they forget some type of food item and the extra sauces I have paid for, also will over charge you. After ordering two 6pc happy meals with fries and sprite and two $5 cheeseburger meals with sweet tea and two extra sauces I was charged $30. And then after looking at the receipt the only discount that was on was a buy one get one for a dollar fry and not the discount for the $5 meals. After bringing it up the manager comes and says that the sweet tea is not included in the meal deal. Which in turn makes absolutely ZERO sense because you can order sweet tea in the app with no up charge. They also forgot all the sauces AGAIN. If you do go, double check your receipt and your bag.

This place should not be allowed in business. The food is way over cooked and tastes terrible. The service is the worst ever. Rude, and I watched 3 customers drive off due to waiting so long in the drive through. These employees need a ton of customer service training. Lousy. I eat McDonald's in Georgetown Texas and the food is amazing. Not beyond over cooked. Then the manager was rude and told me 'They're not Dairy queen, because the don't charge for pup cups. This place is a rip off. A pup cup free should be included after spending $30. I hope the reviews get worse.
