Friendly, helpful staff. Food as ordered and hot. They let our kids swap a happy meal toy so that we didn’t just get the same ones. Tight parking.

I visited this location to pick up some breakfast items for home after working an overnight shift. The service was perfectly acceptable, however the food was near inedible. I ordered steak egg and cheese bagels, and the bagels were so dried out they were crunchy and crumbled as I tried to eat them. I also ordered sausage burrito that were not much better. They were dried out and the tortillas were crunchy on the ends. Again, the service was perfectly acceptable and all interactions fine. I would, however, prefer to receive food that is at least passable as fresh.

Stopped by the McDonald’s on Northern Blvd in Clarks Summit and overall had a solid experience inside. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly hustling, even during a busy stretch. My order was accurate, hot, and came out quickly. The dining area was clean, and the drive-thru moved faster than expected. That said, there was a guy operating a snow plow in the lot who really needs some work. He was swearing loudly, flipping off multiple customers, and creating an uncomfortable situation. It reflected poorly on the overall experience and shouldn’t be happening around customers. The restaurant itself seems well run, but that outside behavior needs to be addressed.

At keyser Ave store March 1 2026 took five minutes before order taken ok let’s move on no cars as I pull around drive thru get to window her the can you pull over I waited 15 minutes cars after me left not that busy I go inside your teens employees are eating fries in from me I said here’s my receipt where is the food boy said oh I gave it to another car! U have teens running the store music playing eating on duty so so disappointed and a young female comes over with a free fry coupon I was there 22 minutes! Won’t be returning! Have receipt to verify drama!

We stopped today to grab a bite for lunch. Fries were fresh but the burgers weren't very fresh. They seemed as though they were sitting for some time before being purchased. My son ordered a ranch snack wrap a spicy ranch one. They both appeared to be the same
