Slow service. NO ICE! Sweet tea was lukewarm, no cold. Bless their heart. They didn't give a receipt, so I can't give corporate McDonald's the feedback they asked for.
Men's room needed attention. Line for the ladies room took my wife a while. Burger was dry and tasteless. Service was quick, though. Manager was on top of things!
I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a filet o fish and a kids happy meal. I was asked to pull up and no one ever brought my food out. I went inside and there was no one at the front counter. I went back through the drive thru and was told my food was sitting there waiting… for how long? Who knows. The young man was vaping while taking money through the drive thru and then I received my order wrong. I’m traveling today and this took an unnecessary 30 min out of my trip.
We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were unusually greasy. I order the same thing usually on road trips at McDonald's every time so I know this isn't how it usually is at any other McDonald's. The wrappers of our mcmuffins were wet, the muffins were wet from grease. Didn't get sick but never experienced such greasy mcmuffins.
No stars. Absolutely nothing good to say. My BABY ordered a nugget happy meal and was given a box of honey mustard instead.
