This This place is so slow, the workers are very slow, and the food is always missing or wrong. It takes them a good 10 minutes to just place your order, the workers will see you waiting and walk away, acting like they don't see you. This location needs to add a soda machine on the outer part of the counter ,just so the workers don't have to fill our refills up, we could just do it ourselves.

One of the worst fast food experiences ever. Both of our burgers where made incorrectly not to mention the 10 minute wait to order and 20 minute wait for food. Told the girl at the counter our food was incorrectly made and she shrugged and didn't car whatsoever. For a $34 order it was absolutely 💯 disappointing. The second order for a shake took 25 minutes to get.

Incredibly slow service. Dining room and order kiosks are awkwardly positioned. On this Saturday morning, it was very busy but the staff didn’t seem to move any faster and never addressed the people stacking up waiting for orders, both in the dining room and drive though and curbside. We waited 45 minutes for our order. No apology, no explanation as to why it was taking so long - customer service was terrible. Employees would bring an order to the counter, say the order number, drop it and return to the kitchen, not staying to see if anyone came to pick it up, etc. Will never stop at that one again.

This specific McDonald's is a masterclass in consistent execution. Their secret weapon? ​1. The ice cream machine is never down. 2. The fries are scientifically, reliably, burn-your-mouth hot. ​This isn't luck; it's superior franchise management and commitment to standard operating procedure (SOP). The contrast is stark: The folks back in GA (and many other places) treat customer experience as optional. This location treats it as a mandate.

Employees are incredibly rude, terrible customer service. There was a long line of people waiting to place orders as the kiosks were down and it still took customers asking for help multiple times before someone actually came to take orders. After that the employees were just placing food on the counters and now saying what order number they were.
