3 cars in the drive thru when I showed up. 15 minute wait for a simple Luke warm cheeseburger meal. Wasn't busy inside or in the drive thru. Staff just couldn't decide who they should help first. Or maybe McDonald's management is just disconnected from the consequences of their policy decisions. Either way, ppl in the drive thru on a half hour lunch had to wait while all the door dash drivers and walk ins were satisfied ahead of us. I thought it was first come first serve? Experiences like this are exactly why I never use door dash and McDonald's is almost at the bottom of my list of places to eat lunch. If I gotta wait 12 mins for 2 cars ahead of me to get helped, then asked to park and wait for a few more minutes, I'd rather get lunch from the gas station. There's already too many busin

Ordered about 40 minutes before close on doordash. Doordash did a great job delivering. I ordered two 6pc nuggets, big mac, med fries. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. NO DIPPING SAUCES. My last time at this Mcdonalds. Been there about 6 times drive thru amd inside, every single time there is atleast two issues or more. Manager just walks around and does NOTHING to help staff or customers. Huge joke of a business…..

Use the drive thru if you don't have half an hour to get served inside. Seriously. I don't mean 30 minutes for your whole dine in meal experience. I mean just ordering and getting food. Nothing FAST about it. This restaurant is chronically understaffed but almost never hiring. I am a gig economy driver and I never wait anywhere in Cheney as much as I do here. Sunday February 1, 2026 I waited more than 20 minutes for a very, very simple order. When I asked about it after 15 minutes I was treated like a rude troublemaker by someone who told me they were waiting on getting "orange juice from the back, and also salting the muffins." We got in the drive thru line at 10:22am i understand breakfast ends at 10:30. We got to the ordering speaker at 10:28 hoping to get breakfast instead we sat in silence for 12 minutes and were told we can’t get breakfast since it already ended. I’d be fully understanding if we weren’t at the speaker to order. We were told there was only a few hash browns and that there was nothing she could do. I feel it should’ve been accommodated as we were waiting in the line for almost 20 minutes without even ordering.

Actually good tasting, not messy and made correct to our order. Outstanding customer service!
