I love when the fast food place scam you. Another classic example of charging you extra and giving you nothing for it. I ordered a 6 meal. After looking at the receipt, I realized that tacked on an extra 20 cents for a larger drink. I did not order or even ask for for a larger drink. I was not asked about a larger drink. It was just done. I did not say anything. Fine I get a larger drink. When they give you the meal. A standard small drink came with it. Now I can say something and look petty over 20 cents or let it go. How many people never even notice? And most say well it don't matter it's only 20 cents. But if the establishment does this all day long on how many meals and orders, it will add up quickly. It's all pure overcharge at the customer's expense.

Order through the kiosk. got a meal deal that came with three nuggets instead of four. Ordered extra tomato on the meal deal sandwich and got one tiny tomato. I ordered and extra small fry and drink that they failed to give the extra cup and small fry and had the dude go back without washing hands and make a small fry. Just really upset with the service all around.

Went there tonight. Feb 15,2026. Order mobile. Parked. 10 piece nugget meal, bacon quarter pounder meal, 2 kids meals. The drive thru employee making a customer honk at us to get our attention because the door is locked and she doesn’t want to walk our food out. Defeats the purpose of curbside. Then proceeds to hand me the drinks and starts a conversation with someone and doesn’t hand me my bag of food. I had to basically yank it out of her hands. Then get home to realize she gave us all meals and half of the bacon quarter pounder meal. Gave the fry’s and forgot the burger. Definitely takes the cake with how bad your service is. Will be getting food elsewhere and letting all my neighbors know in Chelsea park how terrible yall are. Do better.

This place had a water leak or flood awhile back. Ever since it ALWAYS smells of sewage. I can’t go in there any more. If I do I have to go to play area which isn’t a whole lot better for the smell. It’s not normally wiped down and food order is never correct. This time they brought food without a tray and they forgot 2 of the drinks.

As McDonald’s goes, food is always consistent whether this location or any of the other locations in the area what makes this different is the attention to details by the staff, the warm smiles, and the patients that they show to the customers management means everything and the management of this McDonald’sit’s obvious they care about the customers and the service that they provide. I highly recommend to anyone. I’ll definitely be back.
