McDonald's

We were traveling with a large group (8 adults). My parents went to the counter with their grandson and I took my family to the kiosk. Of course it took longer for us to enter our order, but our parents were done eating and we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our food to arrive. We requested table delivery but they just yelled out our table number and we had to go to the pick up counter to get our food. I included a picture of our table number, just in case. They didn't have our drink cups or my daughter's Frappe, so I had to wait longer for them to prepare that. When we got to the table, we found out that they hadn't included my daughter's chicken nuggets either. So she had to go to the counter and request those. It was a good thing we didn't use the drive-through because we would

Absolutely awful. We were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Very slow service. The woman taking the order got it wrong multiple times before finally getting it correct. When we finally got to the window to get our food, the woman asked if we wanted apple slices in the happy meal and we said yes. We only got fries and no happy meal toy which resulted in a sad toddler without his toy and apple slices.

Typical McDonald's these days. Charge arm and a leg then, they put 4 lb of ketchup 3 lb of mustard and 37 pickles and the food is cold also the slivered onions are not slivers they are more like quartered onions as far as the lady taking my order she was great and the lady that gave me my food was great . what happened to the days where they normally put three pickles on your burger a little bit of ketchup a little bit of mustard and a little bit of onion and the food was fresh and hot.

I ate there for the first time a couple days ago. I had a six piece nugget , and a value fries , and it was freaking phenomenal. Stoped by today and got me a deluxe krispy chicken large meal and everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was nice.No one was rude and I will dine there again.

all in all a lackluster, McDonald’s, the staff was not very attentive. You could tell by the way the restaurant looked. It was fairly dirty, and the fact that no one was in there there was really no reason for that. The bathroom had a foul smell along with trash on the floor. There was trash on the floor in the lobby also. probably will not return to this McDonald’s.
