McDonald's

Chadron NE McDonald's has horrible service. The guy knew my order was wrong but gave it to me anyways. He literally shrugged his shoulders. WOW!! I asked to add on to my order in the drive through and he said no I had to go around again. First time for me. We're never stopping there again. N

I seemed there weren't many people working at 7 am but the man that was working was extremely organized and seemed to be running the whole thing by himself. He was very busy but still very courteous. Give him a raise!!!

We waited inside to order. No one would wait on us because they were too busy with app orders! Totally ridiculous. Tried drive through for 5 minutes and evidently the person 2 cars ahead of us and the person taking the order were having a nice chat. BYE BYE

Ordered apple pie on app. Waiting 6 min before arriving and was then told it would be 12 min or i could have 6 cookies. Got home only 5 cookies.

We stopped in while visiting from Arizona with our family of 7 to grab some McRibs before they left the menu. Unfortunately, they were sold out but the team members all went above and beyond to make it right. Everyone was so nice and my children have asked when we can go back to see all the friendly workers. It was extremely clean and all of the food we did get was hit and fresh.
