Food is typically sub par but will do in a pinch. Today 12/29/25 I went through the drive thru at approximately 1:40pm. Ordered a #4C with a coke - $8.30. Handed the woman cashier a $5 gift card, a $5 bill, and 30 cents. You would hand back the customer $2, right? She handed me back my gift card and I said "No thanks I don't need the card where is my change?" Very disrespectfully she told me "You don't get change you still have money on your card?" I politely explained that how she processed the transaction was incorrect, I should receive $2. I asked "How would you handle this if I gave you a gift card and a credit card?" She shouted "I can't even hear you! You have money on your card!" Being pressed for time I took the gift card back and proceeded on to the next window. Maybe further

The Lewis family franchise really needs to revamp. Their customer service is horrible. The whole point of the app was us faster service but when you still have to wait 30 minutes and then still told you had to wait longer because they were short-handed does not make sense to me

The BEST McDonald's in the area. Never had a problem here. Went this morning and was greeted nicely. Two of the Employees even wished me Happy Birthday. Prompt service as well!! Will keep visiting!

Riddle me this… why, oh WHY can you not pick up three mobile orders at once? I have gone to McDonald’s multiple times and placed multiple drive-thru orders at once, with no problems. But when I try to make it easier on them and just do mobile orders, during a busy lunch rush, I am told I can only pick them up one at a time? And that I will have to go and get back into the line? On what planet does that make sense?? Clearly, common sense is WASTED on the management here. By the time we all received our food, we had wasted half of our lives in the drive-thru line, and most of our food was cold. Disappointing.
