McDonald's

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I ordered Happy Meals and the fries we were given were obviously old — cold, stale, and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite a while. For a place that serves fries nonstop, that’s pretty unacceptable. What made it worse was the customer service. When I brought up the issue, the staff seemed uninterested and offered no real solution or apology. I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just fresh food and basic courtesy. Happy Meals are supposed to be a positive experience, especially for kids, but this visit was anything but. Between the old fries and flat-out terrible customer service, I left frustrated and disappointed. I hope management takes quality and customer care more seriously moving forward.

The employees were many and very friendly. The cheeseburger and fries were average - a bit overpriced for the quality, but it’s McD’s, so expectations were low. The men’s restroom did have running water, but it also had dried bodily fluids on both sides of the stall, along with copious amounts of rolled up toilet paper bits on the floor, which was sticky and spotted with who knows what. Did I mention the employees were friendly?

This place is trash. The employees are RUDE and they can never seem to get an order correct. Waited over 15 minutes for breakfast when 3 cars behind me got their food prior to me. The girl running food with curly red hair and a septum piercing was the worst with a very shitty attitude when I asked if she could check where my order was.

12/18/25 3:30pm. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for someone to answer. Never happened, pulled forward and was told sorry, we are busy you have to go thru the drive thru. (The one we were waiting 15 minutes to be served with no answer) The lady with the fake red hair was extremely rude when asked if everything was OK. Oh well, there are other places to eat. PS. Ice cream machine and frappe machine isn’t working either. No surprise!!

The price of the latte on the screen was $2.99 and we got a combo meal with an iced tea. When we paid at the window the price had increased when I asked why and was handed the receipt the cost of the latte had increased to 4.69 and they charged us 1.69 for a large iced tea that should have been included in the combo meal. When I brought this up to the girl at the window she told me that the prices post as regular McDonald's prices but that that particular McDonald's has different prices than the ones in the valley (phoenix area) that I am probably used to. She told me if I wanted to come inside and talk to a manager I could but that she couldn't do anything about it. I did not want to go inside and talk to a manager so I lost out on my $3.39. then when I went to drink my latte it was about
