Omg! I door dash from them. Food was good on-time! The happy meal came with toddler books! They are so cute! I love it!

I have never been to a McDonald's with the worst customer service in my life! I work doordash and this is the same issue every single time, tonight there were about 2 or 3 other guys talking about how they were waiting for 25 minutes for orders and when someone tried getting their attention they replied " if you don't stop we will not give you your order" even though they were going onto 30 minutes of waiting for the food so they can deliver.

On December 22, 2025, I placed a pickup order through the McDonald’s app and was charged. When I arrived, a staff member told the store was closed and that staff had no control over mobile orders. When I returned to resolve the issue on 12/29/25, the manager Jasmine was dismissive and argumentative despite being shown proof of the order and charge of the transaction. She questioned why I returned and made no effort to resolve the issue. Another employee reviewed the same proof and promptly honored my order. Jasmine’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and resolution skills.

My recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their advertised opening time, the store was late to open, leaving me waiting for my online order for far too long. The staff displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, and the manager's lack of competence only added to the frustration. Without a doubt, this was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever encountered, and I would caution others from visiting this location 👎

Store needs better management at night, they had the uber drivers waiting for the food while 3 orders sat on the table. They tried ringing the bell and even knocking. Eventually they had to interrupt the person on break by knocking on the glass(humiliating and dehumanizing) in order for him to get the workers behind the counter attention. Side note they was a female their shaking a cup of ice and throwing in back into her mouth then threw it in the garbage while making eye contact with the knocking drivers.
