McDonald's

Took my grandkids for happy meal, NOT. After standing there for about 3 minutes, which is long time, waiting for girls to stop talking to each other in whatever language it was, was missing drink for one and sauces for both. After waiting again, got drink and 1 sauce. They tried charging me for another sauce telling me it was extra. Last time I'll ever go to this McDonald's again, I'll drive right by and go to weymouth.

This review is a long time coming because I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's. My biggest complaint has always been the staff- I always order inside. And every time I would go in to order, if the staff weren't too busy joking around with each other to notice me, they acted like I'm inconveniencing them by forcing them to come to the register and take my order. But tonight I didn't even make it inside. The first time since their renovation. Their dining room hours didn't match what is listed online so I walked up to a locked door. Whatever- I'll go through the drive thru. After waiting for a good while to be told they don't have smoothies, I waited some more because a car who pulled up after me decided to bypass the speakers and go right to the window to order. Ain’t no way these jokers actually gave me a full order of straight pickles instead of my 4 McNuggets. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my night is now ruined…

Apparently McDonalds doesn't take cash anymore. My card was stolen so I couldn't order through the app and the manager informed me they couldn't place the order with cash. They have a self service kiosk machine with a cash option but the machine you put the cash into has a sign that says out of order.

Food was not that great, was missing nuggets and when we ordered sprite they gave us coke. Then they tried to fix it and they still gave us water. I figured after it was fixed it would be better,but its trash. I wont be going back
