Went in for a pick up and they are almost always on it I would say 90% of the time. When I do wait its no longer than 5 min which is rare. I hope the staff keeps up the great work💪 Although the bathrooms could use more clean up it tends to be on the dirty side more than not. Other than that the speedy customer service and meal preparation is 100% worth it🔥

We ordered at the Kiosk and paid. We waited 25 minutes for our food, when we finally asked if it was ready, they acted like they didn't even have our order number. I told her I was literally looking at our order number on the screen. We finally got it but they gave us the wrong sauce and they forgot my burger. On top of that the lady was kinda rude, I will not be returning.

I was walking in and noticed a long drive up line. Once someone finally acknowledged me standing there, it took about 15 minutes for my order. I took it with me and left. I went and sat outside across the street and when I took out the Filet O Fish sandwich and bit into it, it was plain. They did not put the cheese and tartar sauce on it. How hard is this job? I've only been in this location once before and it wasn't great then either. The staff is horrible and I'm not sure there's even a manager working there. There's no quality control and the staff seems confused. For the number of people that work there, there shouldn't be the problems people are reporting. There were at least 10 to 15 people in the back, no one in front. I'm going to dispute the charge and my money refunded. Get with

Very disappointing. We ordered breakfast curbside. We had 2 pancake breakfasts but when we got back to our hotel, they had only put 1 syrup and fork in the bag. We don't have any utensils or extra syrup at the hotel. Plus, no napkins in the bag and no straws for our drinks. And the coffee they put in the bottom of the bag spilled some. Also, it took forever to get our food, probably 10 minutes

Says the drive-through is open at 4 AM, it's 4:48 AM and still no one is answering. Waiting on a pick up order, but no one will even come to the intercom. Won't answer phone. Update: apparently, the hours that say they were updated two weeks ago are not correct. They say they open at 5 AM, but I don't understand how I was able to place an order then. Normally you cannot place an order when a business is not open. Had to cancel my order because no one was answering until I knocked on the window. Then I lost my reward and had to pay an extra almost 7 dollars and when I told her that, she could care less. Didn't even get an apology after that. I said I hope they fix this. No response. after all that My pop wasn't even full. Never again
