I hadn’t been to this location in years, I usually go to the Bluefield VA location just a few minutes away. The service has been poor in Bluefield Va for some time so I decided to go to the Bluefield Ave location. My experience was 100000x better! The staff is so much friendlier, the service was faster, and honestly the food is prepared far better. All items are placed neatly in the bag and not thrown in or messy. I was extremely impressed!
Ian and Raven were above and BEYOND Exceptional! Friendly, Personable, the cream of the crop. if there were 6 star ratings... well yknow what im getting at! :]
Ordered a cheeseburger and fries from the drive though, got my cheeseburger back with everything that I didn’t want on it along with a bite taken out. My fries were warm and the manager was a nice guy.
Came by few times this week. But past few days the smell there is just unbelievable bad. They definitely need to get those pipes repaired or something. The sewage smell overwhelming bad. Changed my mind about eating there.
Food isnt the best always missing items or not fresh!! The manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful gossiping cussed customers instead of resolving issues shes hostile
