Horrible customer service . Keisha should not be on front counter if employed anywhere with an attitude like she has. Screaming that we could have Used the kiosk while she been on here break outside …haha ok bye Keisha ! Very filthy on the inside as well . Ended up leaving , wouldn’t eat after seeing Keisha also handles the food too. 😬

Wish I could give zero stars. I went thru the drive-thru and placed my order. After I get to the window and received my food I checked my food and my fries were cold so I hand the bag back and asked for fresh fries. They removed the fries from the bag and handed the rest back. Then I checked the rest of the food and it was cold also so I handed it back and politely stated it was cold also. I then asked for fresh food Desiree loudly stated, " I just made that." She was very rude. The drive thru person, Antonio directed us to park in the drive-thru waiting area. We waited about 10 minutes and finally received our food. The bags were hot and we checked the food which was hot. So we get home and unpack our food to eat and everything was fresh except the daily doubles which I had handed b

I ordered a quarter with cheese no pickles. Great speed but meat burnt. Since I do not have vehicle I can't return to get new sandwich.

The order was correct, our food was good. However, all of the tables were dirty or sticky, both kiosks had issues (out or order or out of receipt paper), the now serving monitor was not readable/ updating, both self service fountain drink machines had issues (one no working lights, partial working spouts) the other had a broken overhead top and one of the coke dispensers was NOT clean inside, the whole station looked like it hadnt been wiped up in a long time ..... both napkin dispensers were out and after informing the attendants at the counter, nothing happened in the half hour we were there. the bathrooms had not been serviced and the men's was dirty. There was no tidiness to the dining room (furniture, garbage, etc) and even the floor needed to be swept/mopped up (my husband saw some

Had not been to this location in years, went because my son had a gift card from christmas and we were in the area. We went inside to order, ordered our food on the kiosk, stood there for 20 minutes, no food, no nothing. Works visibly just standing there doing absolutely nothing, one girl drinking a smoothie behind the counter, 2 employees not even in uniform, none of the workers were wearing hats or hair nets or gloves or anything. Oh and also, they were ignoring customers who were at the cash register!!! I left and went to another location. Those employees dont want to work nor do they care!! Close this place down!
