McDonald's

Worked a 12 hour shift today and thought oh I’ll go to McDonald’s and have a quick easy dinner. I waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for 8 minutes and then they park me for another 5. They forget my shamrock shake & then when I took off they didn’t put the lid on it well. It flung all over my car. I could’ve saved my $20 and ate a grilled cheese at home. Instead I wasted all that time plus another 30 minutes cleaning the shake out of my car.

Ordered breakfast this morning but it came with a surprise of a hair & shredded up paper in my sausage and gravy. At this point this restaurant is just pitiful on the customer service & cleanliness. This restaurant needs to do better in all aspects.

I havent eaten here in a couple years because of previous poor experiences that drove me away from "fast," food. I stop to get a biscuit and a hashbrown and had me pull into the first bay to wait on my hashbrown. I sat around for over 20 minutes for a hashbrown. Happily handing out everyone else's orders except for mine, forcing me to go inside and ask yet again for my food. Thanks for reminding me why I wont return.

I rarely use fast food businesses. But, this time was pleasant, and the working folks added to that event. Im not opposed to the model. I simply cant take the food in, as my body just diesnt do well with the current model of offerings. It didnt used to be that way. But, my family like the products. So, I am happy to use them, when available. The staff was welcoming, while the location was readily accessible. We were met with professionalism and the food was fresh and hot. While the products used, seemed enjoyable. It was a fast and positive experience. That means a lot, whike on a long drive, and trying to meet time. Im thankful for those doing the work. And those making it available. Together, we fill a need. In many ways.

I try not to write reviews if it’s not positive, but this experience was absolutely mind blowing. No communication through the drive through speaker. Waited about 8 minutes and no one spoke through to communicate so I had to go inside. (If I didn’t pay ahead and/or refunds came back on my card quicker than up to 7 days I would’ve cancelled it). Cashier, very rude. Eye roll after eye roll to every “thank you” received by the customers. I was there for 40 minutes waiting on food I ordered online. These people were there before me and left shortly before me, no complaints and still respectful and understanding and their response was that. People were scratching their nose and bagging food immediately with the same hand. Everyone was everywhere. There was no delegation in the kitchen and ev
