On November 13th, 2025, I walked into this restaurant simply hoping to grab something decent to eat. Two kiosks were broken, so l stood in line behind a white female UPS driver and a gentleman. Nothing unusual. When it was finally my turn, the tone shifted immediately. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. i went for breakfast i orderd 9 bisquits so i asked for 9 coffees and they refused to sell me coffee. because mcdonalds is not starbucks to be selling coffee the employee said. so they refused to sell me coffee.

If corporate McD’s knew how shitty the service at this McDonalds actually is, they would likely hire an entire new management team. Due to proximity & my friend’s absolute love for McD’s, I frequent this location. I have not once received my order as it was ordered. I have not once received any of the sauces or dips that were requested. They don’t seem to know what a napkin, even if you ask for one. They almost never have shakes I know none of them ever do, but that whole scenario is bogus. McD’s would not be complacent if they were aware of the number of alleged broken machines they have in “service”) They do seem to be able to use their cell phones far more efficiently than the registers. It's the kids that keep us consistently coming here. They don't mind wasting our time. It doesn't matter if you use the app, drive through, Uber eats, or just eat in the restaurant, more than likely you're going to have to wait longer than you expected, and there's a possibility that your food is going to be wrong. It's not just this store, it seems to be in McDonald's post orders. I've left so much money on the table going to this restaurant, that I stopped complaining about wrong or missing items. I had a disappointing experience with this McDonald’s location regarding an order substitution. I initially ordered an Egg & Bacon Bagel, but was informed they did not have bagels available. I then asked specifically to substitute the order with two Steak & Egg Biscuits and one Sausage McMuffin, which matched the total amount I had already paid. Instead, the staff decided on their own to give me only one Steak & Egg Biscuit and one Sausage McMuffin, which is clearly less food and less value than what I paid for. When I brought this up, the manager stated that what I received was “enough” and refused to adjust the order or provide an equivalent replacement, keeping over $3.00 of the amount paid.
