McDonald's

This McDonald's has always treated me with an attitude. Every time I'm there they are so absolutely rude and ignorant. If you hate your job that much just quit, especially that young dark haired one giving you the food.

30 minutes wait for literally nothing. They were not very busy yet it took them 15 plus minutes for 1 car. Rude and slow staff all just standing around doing nothing.

This now makes the 3rd time I have used the mobile app & code and lost it because the item I ordered was being cleaned at 330 pm! I understand that drink machines need cleaned, but at that early in the day they should not be getting cleaned! I now will no longer go to this location as it always seems when I order frappes that their machine is being cleaned. Whether it's 3pm, 10am etc.

Can never get a single thing right on order. wrong sauces and food is cold never get a warm thing

Our visit started off well. The cashier was very patient and helped me navigate the app, which I had just downloaded. After ordering we didn't receive our drinks right away, so we figured they would come with our food. They didn't. The person that delivered our food to the table remembered our drink order and went back to get it. Except she didn't. We finished eating and stood at the front counter for many minutes (watching another party leave because they weren't getting served) before I was able to catch the eye of a passing employee. I told her we were done eating but still waiting for our drinks. She said, "I'm sorry, I'm not clocked in." I actually had to ask her if she could get someone who is! Apparently the other employees couldn't be bothered because she did end up getting them.
