I usually don’t leave reviews but I couldn’t resist this time. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. The food was great and it was very clean. Something that stood out to me was the great service from all the workers! One worker named Madeline was incredibly kind and made the experience so great her attitude and big smile was so refreshing to see!

The food here is fresh and delicious, service time was great, staff was friendly and attentive. Someone is always at the register, so being ignored or having to wait isn't an issue. This is a popular and crowded restaurant, wait times are to be expected when there's no parking spaces. I got here before the rush but while I was here it got busy.

I order and get my change but I need them to break a $20 that they just handed me. They had plenty small bills but refused to make change. I ordered a small cup of water but they rang up a $2 bottled water. Just before I ordered, a gentleman had to leave without his food or a refund so he could go back to work. He was very frustrated that he had waited over 40 minutes. Most disappointing McD shop ever.

Real small servings for the money. Compared to jacks. Dollar for dollar. This is why I don't do McDonald's often.

The employees are very rude and when you ask for things when your ordering and they don't ring it up and then you say you asked for something to be a certain way they try to make you feel stupid I asked for a Carmel mach.... with whipp crean did not get it and I order a Carmel Sunda and it was only feeled half way I will not be returning. So glad that the ones from home in kentucky are not like this.
