McDonald's

Service was good. Ladies and gentleman behind the counter were extremely nice and helpful. Food came out quick. Fries were burnt AND cold. Not sure how you do that. In ordered the Big Arch meal. It came out as a SmashBurger? Never had a smashburger from McDonalds before. But it tasted good. Guess that’s all that matters. The dining room was dirty. Every table had trash on it. And they weren’t busy. Guess no one was assigned to the lobby. Overall it was typical small town fast food. Nothing special at all. But when you don’t have any other choices you take what you can get I guess.

Everything was fresh and hot. Diet Coke was on point too. Drive thru, and ate in tbe parking lot. Just passing thru, headed to New Jersey for work. 2 spots to order in the drive thru as well.

I’d give negative STARS if I could. I was working in the area came 2 times thinking first was a fluke!!! No this is place is just that BAD! I ordered waited almost 20 mins in curbside went in still was not ready. When they handed it to me fries were nasty and cold and bun was like a rock, they were out of coke and employees walking around laughing joking and playing on phone while they cant seem to complete simple tasks! BOTH visits were the same first time I used the drive through from order to getting food was 27 minutes, this place is anything but fast food!!! I’ve got mail from China quicker. The employees are rude on top of it when you say I waited 20-30 minutes for nasty cold food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Looking at the reviews I’m One of MANY.

Customer service sucks. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru after asked to pull forward. For 3 sandwiches…. Cokes were flat. Forgot dipping sauces. Get home 30 minutes away and 2 of 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. I mean if you don’t wanna do your job while you’re at work you could just stay home and collect food stamps…. Oh wait…… also a Big Mac with nothing between the top and middle bun

Stopped by for some breakfast on my road trip. The staff is rude . The place is filthy . No toilet paper in the bathroom. No napkins, soda machine out of order. No one available at the front to assist customers. The employees were yelling that the sprite and coke was at and yelled at a customer telling them the sprite was finished. Food took about 20 minutes to come out. Employees are very unhelpful. None of the tables were cleaned and it was right around opening time so it's not that they didn't get a chance to clean due to busyness
