McDonald's

The fries were fresh but the cheeseburgers were a little on the cool and olderside side. Also they forgot to give me my vanilla cone. I had to park and walk back inside when I realized this.

Everytime I order at this location, I always order for the food to be cooked-to-order and it never it. One time I asked for 2 quarter pounders and was handed two buns with literally only tomatoes. Another time I wanted some fries cook-to-order and was given my fries, but the fries were ice cold on the outside, yet scorching hot on the inside, as if they were just pulled from a drawer and cooked at too high of a temperature at too short of time. These fries were soggy and white instead of the crispy and golden. The last straw for me was when the burgers and chicken nuggets I ordered tasted like burnt rubber and gave me mild food poisoning.

To preface this review, McDonald's itself is not 4 stars in my personal opinion, but out of all McDonald's, this is one is at least 4 star. Still miss the days of 5 McChickens for $5.35, tax included. (Partially just because I was able to eat that many!)

The lady who takes orders and payment at the first window in the morning needs an attitude refresh!! She is rude and has NO business in customer service. There have been several occasions where she has been flat out RUDE because i don’t want my receipt. ALSO the second order lane should NOT be open if there is no one taking orders there. I shouldn’t have to wait 10+ mins while watching several cars in the other lane get served before i’m even greeted…. Ridiculous 😡

Staff are always nice and I haven't had any problems with accuracy of orders. Food prices are way higher than mcdonalds in other areas (like double for some items).
