I went through the drive-through earlier and ordered a McChicken meal deal. At the first window, the employee had asked me if I ordered the spicy. I politely told her no, and she adjusted my order. After picking up my food and going home, I opened my sandwich to find it is in fact a spicy McChicken. I do not have an issue with the spicy sandwich, but it is frustrating that after getting it clarified and corrected it was still wrong. EDIT: just went back since this post was made and this time I was missing my nugget sauce again. I can’t tell you the last time I ordered something here and everything was as advertised. Employees were quite nice.

The employees working night shift (10/29/25) deserve a raise for hooking me up with this cookies + ice cream combo for free! The nicest staff too, I have interacted with them before and they are extremely polite. I never leave a review but they deserve it!

Went through the drive through. Spent about $17 dollars. Ordered a milkshake(chocolate) for the first time in a long time. The milkshake tasted way off and looked more vanilla than chocolate. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours without being cold. Aftertaste is terrible. Other than that rest of the order was good. Probably the machine but definitely should be checked.

Consistently missing items in pickup orders. Almost every time I place a pickup order, something is missing. Hope the store can improve their order accuracy and quality control.

So the service was okay. People seemed nice as well. I have two problems with this establishment. First of all I brought my family and was expecting an inviting atmosphere. Instead I had to endure the most awkward and scary meal of my life. A young man decided to sit next to us and stare at me and my family disturbingly. He asked us if we study at the library multiple times and even called my youngest child unemployable due to their dream of being an astronaut. This to say the least was unacceptable and an employee should’ve stepped in. And got a regular when I ordered a sweet tea. Third time this has happened.
