McDonald's

I honestly do not understand the one star reviews. I live nearby and come to this McDonald's about once a month for many years, and I always go inside so I can see the employees. I have never had any of the problems people are complaining about. Sure, it is a bunch of kids working here, just like any McDonald's out there, it is a very popular job for young people because the work is relatively simple and the hours are flexible. That being said the staff is generally good. They are attentive to their tasks and fill orders at a reasonable pace. Sure, if there's 30 people waiting in line at the drive through things will slow down a bit, but be honest with yourself: You're sitting in the drive through because you can't be bothered to do something else. 🤣 I've never had any issues with the food

It's a McDonald's. Honestly, what do you want me to tell you? My food was hot, mostly hot, fries could have been heated. Very clean. Tidy location right at the rotary on 28 on the way up through Alton. People are friendly and even the customers were enjoying themselves.

Was a quick pity stop on my way home from my long work day and hour and a half drive home. Staff was nice and attentive. The food was actually warm and fresh (chicken nuggets), and the chocolate milk shake with whip cream was great! Prices are crazy, but was actually worth it this time. Hardly ever go to McDonald's, but this hit the spot. :)

Absolutely the worst drive through service today. I ordered a Big Mac meal. They had me pull out to a spot to wait for my food. It took them several minutes to deliver my food to me after several cars behind me got served. That's ridiculous

My sandwich was barely cooked. It was disgusting. It fell apart on me , Way too much dressing. It was gross. It is Hit or Miss. I was the week of December 7th around 1:00 p.m
