McDonald's

I entered the restaurant at 9:00am for breakfast items. While waiting for customer service, I noticed the menu board set up for customer's to place an order inside the dinning area electronically. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching drive through customers come and go, I quiesced and attempted the order//pay kiosk. In 2006, McDonald's Corp has still not figured out how to include a "Pay & Finish" button to complete your order. No instructions were provided onscreen to complete the transaction that could summon assistance and food. I left after seven minutes and dodged the vehicles racing to enter the drive-thru lanes to return to my parking stall and vehicle. I placed a call to speak to the staff. Worst McDonalds ever. They can’t make a burger without a cup of mayo or ketchup. Food is over salted and never taste fresh. Fries not hot or fresh. And the wait for your food is unbelievable. Most disgusting McDonald’s ever. And not to mention some rude people working the drive thru.

The line was long but they got us through pretty fast. My Big Mac was perfectly made, not to much special sauce, it looked like a Big Mac you see in the commercials! We have a difficult order with three kids all with different needs and they got it right.

People are friendly and I like the Christian music. The problem is you never know when they are going to open the doors. The sign says opens at a but I've been after 7 more than once and doors on both sides are locked. I've called Deck foods 3 or 4 times the last couple of years but doesn't solve the problem.
